		<description>Thanks, Abe. I think that the discussion regarding legal structure is definitely one that social start-up founders should keep in mind. L3C, B corp, S corp, C corp... there&#039;s a lot of stuff out there, and getting advice from those with experience and expertise is never a bad idea!</description>

		<description>I really enjoyed reading this  blog post and only clicked on it because you mentioned StartingBloc.  I was a fellow at the Boston &#039;10 conference and absolutely loved it.  I agree, Sarah, Adriana and Taryn are amazing.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;    I am currently setting up my own social venture and we are having many of the issues you are discussing and have also discussed becoming a nonprofit.  Today, I was able to speak with Dan Pallotta, author of Uncharitable, he spoke at our conference and he steered me away from L3C and I think we are going to go a straight for profit venture now but are looking into different ways to highlight our social mission.  It is unfortunate because there are very few options out there, and I agree it is very easy to fall into a nonprofit.</description>
